Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase on Shastra. While we strive to deliver products on time and in perfect condition, there can be unforeseen circumstances which are not in our control. We have a simple, clear, and transparent returns and refund policy to make the process hassle-free for you.  We accept returns and, on a case-by-case basis that qualifies as an "Eligible Return or Damaged Product Refund".

Shastra will consider a product(s) to be an eligible case under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during transit i.e. broken, scratched, dented, and/or unfit for original intended use upon arrival.
  • If damaged upon arrival, the product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • The product has not been altered, colored, resized, or distorted in any way after delivery.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is attached with the return.
  • Request for return/refund must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please email contact@shastrahome.com with the above and we will initiate an RA# and information for return or replacement.

Exclusions

The following products are not eligible for returns:

  • Discounted items and/or any purchase made during a sale or through a promo code are non-returnable but are refundable in case of damage.

Partial Returns and Refunds

In case one or more items arrive damaged or are incorrect in a ship pack of multiple items, Shastra will provide a refund which is equal to the value of the damaged/incorrect item(s) as long as it qualifies as an “Eligible Return or Damaged Product Refund”

Cancellations

You may request cancellation of an order under the following criteria:

  • Within 24 hours of order being placed as we are committed to next day turn-around for the e-commerce shopper.
